In 2020 Vostok released a new version of the Amphibia which was immediately given the moniker ‘Pamphibia’ for the similarities with the Panerai dial design. This release was limited in production (numbers unknown) and immediately a big hit among collectors.
The 170548 is fitted with Vostok’s familiar 31 jewel, 2415.01 automatic movement. The watch features a stainless steel crown with Boctok “B” logo and a “standard” Amphibia case back, fairly standard issue. There is also the the normal domed, plexiglass crystal and the watch is rated water resistant to 200 metres. By this standard, the humble Vostok Amphibia, best known for its ludicrous price of about (though prized vintage versions can sell for hundreds) and the vast array of quirky dials on offer, is a true classic. Legions of fans love this watch, and for good reason.

Hello everyone, here is my new Vostok Amphibia. I have been thinking about this mod for a while and in the end I pulled the trigger and placed the order on Meranom (the Vostok factory shop). I love both Panerai and Vostok and I think this mod is a perfect combination, because characteristics from both brands are mixed together in this watch .
